As a Veterinary Technician Supervisor, you will: Lead by example on the floor, supporting patient care and workflow Mentor and develop technicians and assistants Partner closely with DVMs and hospital leadership Help drive consistency in medical standards, protocols, and communication Ensure a high level of efficiency, accountability, and team engagement You will play a key role in bridging medicine, operations, and team culture.
