Role Description The Team Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Katy, TX, responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations and team performance. This position coordinates shift activities, ensures food safety and quality standards are met, and supports guests with friendly, efficient service. The Team Manager leads and coaches crew members, assists with training, scheduling, and performance feedback, and helps maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized restaurant. The role includes monitoring inventory levels, supporting cash handling procedures, and following company policies and operational guidelines. The Team Manager collaborates with restaurant leadership to meet sales and service goals while fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Qualifications Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including experience coaching, motivating, and developing staff. Strong customer service and communication abilities, with a focus on hospitality and resolving guest concerns professionally. Operational and organizational skills, such as managing shifts, monitoring food safety and cleanliness, and following procedures. Basic business and problem‑solving skills, including handling cash responsibly, supporting inventory control, and meeting performance targets. Ability to work full‑time, on‑site in Katy, TX, and be available for a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays. Previous experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required. Comfort working in a fast‑paced setting, standing for extended periods, and performing hands‑on tasks as part of the team.
