Help Desk Technician

Tier 1 Helpdesk Technician – MSP | Mandeville, LA (Onsite) Looking to grow beyond in-house IT? A growing Managed Service Provider in the New Orleans area is hiring a Tier 1 Helpdesk Technician. This role has a clear path into Tier 2 and project work, and they promote from within. The role Handle 10–15 tickets a day across multiple client environments Troubleshoot Windows and M365 issues, including email, password resets, and remote logins Manage users and permissions in Active Directory Document tickets clearly, follow SOPs, and elevate to Tier 2 You’ll need 1+ year of helpdesk experience at an MSP or a mid to large organization Windows, Active Directory, and ticketing platform experience To be coachable and efficient, and able to work onsite 5 days a week Nice to have: CompTIA A+/Network+ or Microsoft certs. #J-18808-Ljbffr JCW Group
