Job Summary The Customer Service Advisor (CSA) for PVA (Jiffy Lube) helps build loyalty and increase sales by allowing guests to make informed decisions about their automotive services. The CSA is a Lube Technician who creates a positive guest experience by acting as the customer liaison and main point of contact throughout the visit. Job Responsibilities Greet and escort guests from their vehicles while reviewing their requests. Inform guests of promotions or products with a thorough understanding of the full range of Jiffy Lube services acquired through training. Provide impartial recommendations or options tailored to each guest’s needs based on manufacturer recommendations and technicians' findings. Communicate updates to the guest throughout the entire process and any special circumstances that impact overall satisfaction. Perform preventative maintenance such as oil and filter change, fluid level refills, and inspection and replacement of lights, wiper blades, brakes and tires. Promote customer loyalty by ensuring completion of quality workmanship, reviewing services completed with the guest, confirming guest satisfaction, and encouraging return at recommended intervals. Other duties as assigned by management. Requirements Proven face‑to‑face customer service or sales experience. Ability to perform the responsibilities of the job. Ability to stand for an extended period. Ability to bend, stoop, reach, crawl, and climb stairs. Ability to lift over 50 pounds. Comfortable working in an enclosed and/or semi‑outdoor environment. Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. Qualifications Valid Driver’s License preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Good listening and reasoning skills to capture guests’ product needs. Confident in overcoming objections and not afraid of rejection. Energetic and positive attitude welcoming to guests. Ability to work well in a team environment. Dedication to following safety policies and procedures. Willingness to undergo on‑the‑job training and a growth mindset.
