Role As Assistant General Manager, you will support the General Manager in leading the entire venue operation. This role oversees department managers across all business functions—guest experience, food and beverage, golf services, facilities, and events—ensuring every part of the operation runs at a high standard. The AGM owns day‑to‑day execution, holds leaders accountable, and steps in as the acting GM when needed. The position requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with availability to work extended hours during peak periods, special events, and high‑volume seasons.
