Estimator - Residential Construction

We are seeking a Junior to Mid‑Level Estimator to join a growing preconstruction team supporting high‑end residential construction projects, including large‑scale luxury high‑rise multifamily developments. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to complex, high‑value bids while developing technical estimating expertise within a collaborative, in‑office environment. Client Details Our client is a highly reputable General Contractor, established in the 2000s, with a strong presence across Newark, NYC, and surrounding boroughs.
