Seasonal Sales Associate We need a customer‑focused team member to create memorable shopping experiences and support sales and visual merchandising. Responsibilities Deliver personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions. Build sales by maintaining a consumer‑centric mindset and modeling selling behaviors. Share relevant product, brand, and community knowledge to enhance the customer experience. Achieve individual and team sales goals by utilizing available resources and tools. Assist with visual merchandising, product replenishment, and maintaining brand presentation standards. Perform cashier duties and support loss prevention initiatives as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑ready store environment. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Model inclusive behavior that respects diverse backgrounds and experiences. This position will support the store during peak season with potential to transition to regular employment. Qualifications Ability to genuinely and comfortably engage with a diverse group of customers. Strong communication skills—both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing business needs. Customer service experience preferred; retail experience is a plus. Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficient computer skills, including basic retail systems and applications. Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight, with or without reasonable accommodation. Hiring Range $22.30 - $24.75 USD per hour Benefits This position is a part‑time or limited time position (e.g., internship) and is not eligible for all of the benefit plans offered at VF Corporation.
