This family-owned business has been around for 60 years with over 77 stores and is continuing to grow.Position overview:We are looking for a motivated Car Wash Manager to oversee and manage daily operations of the car wash, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient environment that delivers excellent customer service and meets company performance goals.Benefits: $.15 off/gallon every day except Tuesday enjoy $.20 off/gallonReceive 30% off in store for up to 5 selected items/dayFree car wash, vacuum, and airGym Membership DiscountTuition ReimbursementKey Responsibilities:Ensure car wash is operating efficiently and safelyMonitor, maintain, and troubleshoot car wash equipmentAssist customers with issues or questions regarding the wash processKeep the car was tunnel and surrounding area clean and organizedRestock chemicals with company policies and safety standardsSkills & Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or olderPrevious sales experience to sell monthly subscriptions preferredPrevious car wash automotive service experience preferredLeadership and training experience requiredMechanically inclined; ability to troubleshoot and manage basic maintenance Must be able to open and close car wash across Sunday through Saturday schedule Ability to operate car wash equipment and monitor system functionality Strong customer service and problem-solving skillsComfortable working outdoors in various weather conditionsAbility to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer and reporting skillsAbility to manage, train, and coach a teamMust have a safe driving recordMust be willing to submit to MVR monitoring and possess a valid Utah Driver License
