Emergency Physician Professional Association (EPPA) is a leading provider of emergency medical services committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients in need in the state of Minnesota. We seek to create a professionally satisfying environment for our physicians that fosters longevity in the specialty of emergency medicine.


Who We Are
Since our inception in 1969, we have paired our expertise in emergency medicine with a strong culture focused on the success of our clinicians. We are a democratically governed, independent physician group, with an ownership opportunity within two years of joining. EPPA is currently staffing 7 Twin Cities metro hospitals, 1 central MN hospital, 5 regional/rural sites, and 4 Urgency Rooms (free-standing acute care clinics - owned and operated by EPPA). Patient volumes across all sites range from 9K-75K per year.


We are a collegial team and partner closely with colleagues across medicine in a multi-disciplinary team setting. We have long-term, stable partnerships with our health systems and the consulting physicians across our practices. Must Haves From You

Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy degree, required
Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) in Emergency Medicine
Current State of Minnesota MD or DO license and DEA, required
Successful candidates must submit to TB testing and any vaccinations recommended by OSHA Guidelines
