Schedule:

Assignment Details:

Requirements:
- Must have 2 years of experience.
- Must have 3 months of recent experience in specialty.
- At least one year of home health experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Knowledge of HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase) required.
- AHA BLS certification required.
- Must be 21 years or older.
