Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Private Duty Nurse role in the Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Cave Creek areas. The Private Duty Nurse will provide one-on-one, in-home nursing care tailored to each client’s medical needs, personal preferences, and daily routines. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing skilled nursing tasks, administering medications, monitoring vital signs and symptoms, and coordinating with physicians, hospice teams, and other healthcare professionals as needed. The nurse will assist clients with activities of daily living, offer education on health management to clients and families, and document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately. The role also involves advocating for client safety, comfort, and dignity while fostering trusting relationships and maintaining clear, respectful communication with clients, families, and the Celestial Care team. Qualifications Current RN or LPN license in good standing, with strong foundational knowledge of Nursing and Medicine. Experience in Private Duty Nursing or Private Duty care, preferably in an in-home or hospice-related setting. Proficiency in patient assessment, medication administration, care planning, and monitoring of chronic and acute conditions. Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with families and healthcare teams. Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and ability to work independently in an on-site home environment. CPR/BLS certification and familiarity with infection control and safety protocols. Ability to perform the physical demands of direct patient care, including assisting with mobility and personal care. Prior experience in home health, hospice, or long-term care is strongly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
