Twice voted "Best of the Berkshires," we are sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm since 2013 and maintain a mission-based environment for our staff and residents.We are seeking to hire a Registered Nurse - RN.$38.50 to $47.50 per hour based on experience plus additional for shift diffs.$4,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time.All Shifts Available! FULL-TIME/PART-TIME.Earn up to 30 days of PTO.We pay 80% of health insurance premiums.The only Faith-Based Skilled Nursing Facility in Berkshire County.Registered Nurse - RN Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited nursing program.Nursing License RN - Registered Nurse in MA.BLS certification required.Nursing Home: 1 year (Preferred).Must be able to supervise and delegate.Registered Nurse - RN Introduction:Assist Unit/Shift Supervisor in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the nursing unit activities.Registered Nurse - RN Job Summary:Assist Unit/Shift Supervisor in problem identification and development of correction plans.Check all ill residents early in the shift, make periodic assessments, report changes.Assess resident care needs for Minimum Data Set, Resident Assessment protocols and Interdisciplinary care plans.Report resident condition changes and document in Medical Record.Administer and record prescribed medications and treatments.Assess residents on admission and initiate interim care plan.Render emergency care as needed, report to supervisor, submit complete, accurate, and timely incident reports.This is a brief overview of job responsibilities and not intended to be all inclusive.We aim to create a supportive workplace where you are valued, compensated fairly and provided the tools to thrive!Mt.
