Drip Clean Tech is a growing mobile, medical-grade sanitization company serving homes and businesses across Clarksville and Nashville. We are hiring an Operations & HR Coordinator to help us build and run a great team. This is a key, trusted role: you will be the organized backbone of our office and the friendly point of contact for our growing crew. You will also work hand-in-hand with modern tools (including AI) that let a small, sharp team do the work of a much larger one.

This is a hybrid role.

To start, you will work primarily remotely, with occasional in-person meetings in the Clarksville area as needed. As we grow and open our permanent office, the role will shift to a regular on-site presence. For that reason, candidates must be local to the Clarksville/Nashville area.

If you are dependable, organized, great with people, and discreet with sensitive information, we want to meet you.

What you’ll do

• Run our hiring process end to end: scheduling interviews, interviewing, extending offers, and onboarding new team members.

• Handle new-hire paperwork and employee records accurately and confidentially (I-9, W-4, offer letters).

• Coordinate payroll and timekeeping with our payroll provider.

• Keep our back office running: vendor accounts, scheduling, document prep, and follow-up.

• Help us stay organized and compliant as we grow, working alongside our AI and software tools.

• Be a trusted, professional point of contact who protects confidential company and employee information.

Who we’re looking for

• Highly organized and reliable; you keep track of many things at once without dropping the ball.

• Experience in HR, hiring, office management, supervising, or operations/admin is strongly preferred.

• Great with people, warm and professional, and able to handle sensitive conversations with care.

• Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information.

• Comfortable learning new software quickly and working alongside AI tools.

• Able to work independently and stay productive while remote, and transition to on-site as we grow.

• A reliable home workspace and internet for the remote-to-start phase.

• Based in the Clarksville area and able to support work across Clarksville and Nashville.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Bilingual is a plus, not required.
