Job Description Client requires the services of one (1) HCM Functional Domain Lead, hereafter referred to as Worker, who meets the general qualifications of ITSAC Enterprise Architect 1 Category, Emerging Technology Type and the specifications outlined in this document. Key Responsibilities Ability to work with internal and external customers, including management staff, project managers, functional business and technical subject matter experts (SMEs), and CPA contracted vendors. Functional expertise related to Oracle PeopleSoft (9.x), Oracle Taleo, Oracle tools (e.g., Database, Golden Gate, RAC, etc.), Business Objects, AIX or Linux, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Data Warehouse. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to collaborate with various types of SMEs, stakeholders, programmers, and developers to assist with and/or design, develop, implement, and support complex business solutions. Ability to work independently in a team environment with local and remote teams. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to multitask, with readiness to put in extra effort when necessary. Ability to prepare and present functional information to various levels of SMEs, stakeholders, and executives.
