Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license for the state
• Previous experience in school-based OT, home health, healthcare, and/or teletherapy preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Able to effectively manage a K-12 caseload with varied student needs
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt interventions for different learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students in school, home, or virtual settings as needed
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals
• Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, documenting progress and making appropriate adjustments
• Attend IEP meetings, providing input and recommendations based on student performance
• Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school and compliance guidelines
