This role involves leadership, staff supervision, compliance with healthcare regulations, and continuous improvement of patient care standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage nursing staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluationEnsure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered careDevelop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and best practicesMonitor patient care outcomes and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulationsCoordinate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and administrative teamsManage department budgets, resources, and inventoryHandle patient concerns and resolve issues effectivelyEnsure adherence to safety protocols, infection control, and quality standardsLead staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous education programsMaintain accurate documentation and reportingRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN); Master's degree preferredValid nursing license (RN)5+ years of clinical nursing experience2+ years of leadership or supervisory experienceRequired SkillsStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving and decision-making abilitiesKnowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standardsOrganizational and multitasking skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
