Maintenance Supervisor

We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you'll be accountable for hitting the following critical goals: Help the team to achieve and maintain an occupancy of 95% or greater Complete 75% or more of all work orders within 48 hours Prepare vacant units for occupancy in 7 days or less (non-mass turn) and 17 days or less (mass turn) Our company runs purely on EOS.
