Voted the #1 Diner in Hampshire County, Johnny's Roadside Diner is a modernly new & classic diner serving breakfast, brunch, and lunch favorites. We are looking to add a Shift Supervisor to our team specifically for Sundays and Mondays with options to add additional hours!
Compensation Band: This position earns $25- $27 an hour pending experience. The right candidate is passionate about hospitality, great food & drink and leading a team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
A team player with a hospitality first mentality and a willingness to learn
Positive attitude, ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflict
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Willing to accept guidance in a positive manner and implement the direction in a way that is productive for both you and the team
Self-motivated, detail oriented, and results driven
Ability to stand, walk and lift heavy items for extended periods of time
One year restaurant experience preferred, but we will train the right restaurant candidate who shows a willingness to learn in a collaborative environment
WORK SCHEDULE
This part-time position is weekly for Sundays and Mondays,with options to add additional hours!
