We are looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented B2B Sales Representative to aid in our expansion throughout the Cleveland, Ohio market. This role calls for a strategic, relationship-focused professional who thrives in a fast-passed environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service. Our B2B Sales Representatives, play a vital part for our team by meeting sales targets, managing current accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. Our B2B Sales Representatives also have the opportunity to grow their sales knowledge, gain professional experience, and build new skills sets in our hands on and development focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to build long-term partnerships.
• Identify and pursue new business prospects through lead generation and proactive outreach.
• Manage existing client accounts and territory to ensure outstanding service, high satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.
• Use CRM software to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and analyze performance metrics.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability while staying competitive in the market.
