JR Landscape – Midland/Odessa, TX

JR Landscape is looking for a motivated, confident Outside Sales Representative to help us grow our residential and commercial landscaping business.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable talking to homeowners, knocking doors, following up with leads, presenting estimates, and asking for the sale .

Landscaping experience is NOT required. Sales ability, work ethic, professionalism, and communication skills are more important. We provide a streamlined estimating system and company iPad to make quoting jobs simple.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners and potential customers
• Door knock and generate new leads
• Follow up with incoming leads and previous estimates
• Measure project areas and gather job information
• Build estimates using our company pricing system
• Show customers project options and upgrades
• Present estimates professionally
• Follow up until the customer makes a decision
• Close projects and collect signed contracts/deposits
• Maintain communication with management regarding sold projects

Services You'll Sell

You'll be selling projects including:

• Sod installation
• Sprinkler installation and repair
• Artificial turf
• Decorative rock and xeriscaping
• Concrete patios, pads and walkways
• Mulch installation
• Garden bed remodels
• Landscape renovations
• Yard cleanups and other exterior improvements

• Focused on closing deals rather than simply giving estimates

Previous experience in outside sales, roofing, solar, pest control, home improvement, construction, automotive sales, landscaping, or door-to-door sales is a plus, but not required.

Compensation

Commission-based with uncapped earning potential.

The more you sell, the more you earn. We are looking for someone who wants the opportunity to build a strong income instead of being limited to an hourly wage.

Schedule

Flexible/full-time availability preferred. Some evening and Saturday appointments may be available because that's when many homeowners are home.

Start Date

Immediate.
