Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and treatment planning, collaborating with clinical teams to develop crisis intervention plans, positive behavior plans, and medication treatment strategies.

• Ensure timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, including maintaining accurate clinical records and preparing required reports.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools effectively, as indicated, to assess patient needs and treatment effectiveness.

• Develop and implement positive behavior support plans in close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams and programs.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, advocating for high standards in mental health provisions.

• Serve as a liaison among state agencies, service systems, and community partners to enhance service delivery and identify additional resources.

• Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders, ensuring adherence to contract standards while promoting FearFree’s mission within the community.

• Nurture relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to secure funding and partnerships that support program goals.

• Adhere to and promote the organization’s mission, philosophy, and principles while performing other relevant duties assigned by the Clinic Director.
