IT Field Technician

On-Site Support: Travel to client sites or branch offices to diagnose and fix hardware, software, and peripheral issues. Hardware & Network Setup: Install computers, printers, routers, switches, and run network cabling. Maintenance & Updates: Perform routine system patching, backups, and equipment upgrades. Documentation & Ticketing: Record troubleshooting steps and track service requests using IT ticketing software.
