Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Ripple | Houston, TX | Full-Time | On-Site Ripple is growing its Houston team and looking for a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support our work across fast-moving consumer industries including financial technology, digital services, and telecommunications . This is a hands-on, people-focused position combining marketing, customer engagement, brand communication, and campaign coordination . Rather than spending your day behind a screen, you'll be working alongside an energetic team, helping bring campaigns to life, communicating directly with customers and businesses, and learning how major brands build awareness, acquire customers, and grow their presence in competitive markets. What You'll Be Doing As part of the Houston team, you'll be involved in: Supporting the day-to-day delivery of marketing and customer acquisition campaigns Communicating brand messages clearly and professionally Engaging directly with customers and business representatives Helping coordinate campaign activity and local market initiatives Building strong relationships and delivering a positive customer experience Tracking campaign activity, customer feedback, and results Working closely with colleagues across marketing, business development, and client relations Developing a strong understanding of the industries and brands we represent Who We're Looking For We're interested in people who are confident communicators, organized, ambitious, and comfortable working with others . You might be a recent graduate looking to start your career, someone coming from hospitality, retail or customer service, or simply looking for an opportunity where personality, work ethic, and communication skills matter. Previous marketing experience can be useful, but it isn't essential . Training and ongoing coaching are provided. We're particularly interested in people who want to develop beyond an entry-level position. As you gain experience, there will be opportunities to become involved in greater campaign responsibility, team development, and leadership. Why On-Site? This is a 100% on-site position in Houston .
