Desired Experience and Skills

• ASHA CCC-SLP certification or completion of Clinical Fellowship (CFY) for eligible candidates
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and/or school-based speech therapy
• Teletherapy expertise or willingness to deliver remote services as needed
• Background working with diverse student populations and communication needs
• SLPA certification considered for support positions in both school and healthcare settings
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to fostering inclusive and accessible learning environments

Primary Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and implement therapy plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and carry out IEPs and therapy goals
• Provide direct and consultative services, either in-person or via teletherapy platforms, as needed
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly
• Maintain accurate records and participate in required meetings and professional development
