Delivery Technician Melbourne, FL About the Role The Delivery Technician delivers, sets up, and picks up durable medical equipment (DME) in patient homes. You will educate patients on basic equipment use and ensure safe operation while providing high-quality customer service.

Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Most technicians take their trucks home unless they are unable.

Travel Requirements Service radius up to 1.5 hours from the branch.

Salary Range $18.50 to $22.50 per hour. Pay varies based on experience, skills, and location. Eligible for Safe Driver Bonus.

What Youll Do Safely lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 50 lbs as part of daily deliveries and setups.

Deliver, set up, and pick up DME and supplies inside patient homes.

Provide clear, compassionate, professional instruction on equipment use.

Offer a high level of customer service and support to patients who may rely on this equipment for life-sustaining needs.

Load and unload equipment from the delivery vehicle.

Respond to emergency delivery requests when needed.

Complete delivery logs, pickup forms, and vehicle documentation accurately.

Maintain supply components in patient profiles.

Assist with equipment cleaning and minor repairs.

Perform routine vehicle checks.

Support additional duties as assigned.

Required Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 50 lbs as part of daily deliveries and set-ups.
