General Superintendent - Mechanical

We're seeking an experienced Mechanical General Superintendent to lead field operations on large, complex commercial and industrial MEP projects. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for overseeing field crews, subcontractors, project schedules, safety, quality, and productivity while partnering closely with project management to deliver successful projects. Responsibilities Lead and supervise field operations for mechanical and plumbing construction projects Manage project schedules, manpower, subcontractors, and material/equipment needs Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards Coordinate inspections, project milestones, and closeout activities Monitor labor productivity, job costs, and field performance Mentor and develop field personnel while promoting a strong safety culture Collaborate with project management on scheduling, budgeting, change orders, and planning Qualifications 15+ years of mechanical construction experience with progressive field leadership Extensive experience managing large commercial, industrial, or mission‑critical MEP projects Strong knowledge of scheduling, labor planning, safety, quality control, and subcontractor management Proven ability to lead large field teams and coordinate multiple trades Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills Degree or equivalent combination of education and industry experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
