DutiesHelpEnsures staff complete timely and accurate provider certification actions, including terminations, waivers, and complaints.Directs evaluation and certification of Medicare/Medicaid providers.Promotes quality management, teamwork, customer focus, and continuous improvement.Represents the agency on survey and certification matters.Leads evaluation of validation surveys and State Survey Agency performance.
