The role involves managing patient care plans, coordinating inpatient and outpatient resources, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. The unit consists of an 801-bed tertiary care center using Meditech charting and is located just 15 minutes from downtown Dallas. Required Qualifications Perm TX or compact RN License (#/expiration) BSN Recent inpatient, acute care setting case management experience, either UR or care coordination SS# and DOB on file Preferred Qualifications
