Position Hoffer Pest Solutions – Residential Service Specialist Job Summary Provide quality pest control services to residential and commercial customers. Perform routine, warranty, and one‑time services while maintaining safety, vehicle, and paperwork standards. Responsibilities Inspect properties for pests, harborage, and entry points, documenting findings for customers. Apply pesticides and rodenticides in accordance with state laws and company safety protocols. Use personal protective equipment and safety equipment at all times. Maintain vehicle inside and outside, keeping it stocked, clean, and organized. Schedule repairs and routine maintenance with supervisors. Submit all paperwork and customer payments accurately and timely. Perform “Sync” and “Full Download” procedures with the hand‑held unit each morning. Review pending appointments and inform the Routing Coordinator of any changes. Follow all state regulations and safety procedures. Identify opportunities to sell additional company products and report sales leads to managers. Coordinate with other departments and technicians to ensure completion and customer satisfaction. Attend required training meetings. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or G.E.D. Basic computer and email skills. Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Ability to work in a team‑based environment with good judgment and decision‑making. Pest control licensing and ongoing training. Some prior pest control experience is beneficial. Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record. Clean MVR and background check.
