As a Purchasing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly by coordinating purchase orders, communicating with vendors, and ensuring materials arrive on time.

Responsibilities
- Process and issue purchase orders based on daily purchasing requests
- Review purchase requests and ensure all requests are completed by the end of each business day
- Confirm purchase orders with vendors within 48 hours of submission
- Follow up with vendors on outstanding order confirmations and maintain consistent communication
- Track purchase orders from placement through delivery
- Update promised delivery dates and shipment tracking information in the ERP system
- Hold vendors accountable for delivery commitments and escalate delays when necessary
- Maintain accurate vendor and material information, including:
