Job Description
Exciting Opportunity for Emergency Department RN!


- Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM
- Schedule: EOW or based on department needs; EOH rotating with regular staff
- Contract Length: 90 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 48

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care for critical care patients.
- Make sound clinical judgments and maintain exemplary documentation.
- Deliver care to psychiatric and pediatric patient populations.
- Collaborate effectively within a team, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Appropriately escalate concerns and seek support to ensure patient safety.


Experience and Skills Needed:
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department experience.
- At least 2 prior travel contracts.
- Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills.
- Team-oriented with excellent communication capabilities.
- Proficiency with EPIC is beneficial.

Credentialing Requirements:
- License: Nursys (for submission)
- License Verification: Required (for submission)
- Ascension Core Competencies (for onboarding)
- Ascension EKG Exam (for onboarding)
- Personal Health History assessments (for onboarding), such as:
- MMR
- Influenza Vaccine
- Hepatitis B
- Varicella
- Tdap
- 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)


Other Requirements:
- Up-to-date Driver's License/State ID
- Criminal Background Check Results (for onboarding)
- 11 Panel Drug Screen (for onboarding)
