Senior Export Specialist

Job Description Posted Monday, May 11, 2026 at 5:00 AM Role Overview This position is responsible for the processing and follow-up of Export customer orders. The position requires extensive follow-through with customers, sales, production and logistics to ensure timely delivery and accurate billing of customer orders. Key Responsibilities Maintain direct responsibility for designated accounts, from order receipt through shipment, invoicing and document delivery Accurate and timely entry of customer orders Handle daily service and order activities. Work closely with plant schedulers and transportation group to secure on-time deliveries Play critical role in developing customer relationships and resolving customer issues Backup team members Invoice orders and complete month‑end closing transactions Entry of credits, debits, and sample order requests Recording and reporting on ongoing issues Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in international business or related field is recommended Minimum 3‑4 years working in an export or import logistics capacity Skills & Abilities: Familiarity with SAP, JDE or similar ERP environment desirable.
