CMH is pleased to offer the following benefits to all regular full and part-time employees working a.5 FTE (20 hours/week) or above. Employees become eligible for all benefits on the first day of the month following their date of hire. We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team at CMH Raiter Clinic, providing comprehensive primary care in a rural clinic setting. This role offers the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients of all ages while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Ideal candidates will value community-focused medicine and thrive in a collaborative, supportive environment. Requirements: MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Board certification in Family Medicine. Current licensure in the state of MN or ability to gain licensure prior to credentialing. Current certification in BLS, ACLS.
Two-year guaranteed salary range of $310,000-$320,000 with bonus potential. Transition to a production model in the third year.
