QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE include: Minimum of one year’s experience in customer service required; experience in a medical spa or similar healthcare setting, highly desirable Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently Ability to adapt to changing technologies, advancements, and priorities and handle stressful situations with composure Demonstrated ability to work with a sense of urgency, use time effectively, and maintain productivity while balancing competing priorities MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to: Greets patients and escorts them from the waiting room to treatment rooms; prepares patients for consultation, post-procedure, and follow-up Prepares exam and treatment rooms with necessary instruments/equipment Prepares and maintains supplies and equipment for treatments including sterilization, restocking, and communicating supply and maintenance concerns Replenishes supplies—stocks and cleans exam rooms Performs patient education and responds to patient questions and concerns when appropriate Collaborates with administrative and clinical team members to ensure a seamless patient experience COMPENSATION, BENEFITS, & PERKS: Full-Time Position: Hours are Monday/Tuesday 7:45 am – 5:0 pm; Wednesday 7:45 am – 7 pm; and Friday 7:45 am – 4:00 pm. Some evenings may be required as we hold events throughout the year.
