An exciting fast-casual Mediterranean and Middle Eastern fusion concept is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a new store opening. This hands-on leadership role offers the opportunity to build and develop a high-performing team while overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

Restaurant Leadership

• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop FOH and BOH teams.
• Foster a positive, accountable, guest-focused culture.
• Manage employee performance, recognition, and career development.

Operations Management

• Direct all daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and service.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, vendor relationships, and operational systems.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and company policies.

Financial Performance

• Maintain full P&L responsibility.
• Drive sales growth and profitability while managing labor and food costs.
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve operational performance.
• Optimize staffing and scheduling to support business needs.

Guest Experience

• Lead by example in delivering exceptional hospitality.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor guest feedback and maintain consistent brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive restaurant management experience.
• Minimum 2 years managing supervisors, managers, or large hourly teams.
• Experience in high-volume fast-casual, QSR, or hospitality concepts preferred.
• Strong leadership, financial, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven success driving operational improvements and team development.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $75,000–$85,000 annually.
