Key Responsibilities of the P&C Account Manager:

• Coordinate the intake, review, and processing of new personal insurance business while ensuring all required information and supporting documentation are complete and accurate.
• Serve as a primary client contact throughout the onboarding experience, providing guidance, answering inquiries, and maintaining consistent communication.
• Facilitate interactions between clients and insurance carriers to support underwriting reviews, resolve outstanding requests, and help move submissions through the approval process.
• Monitor account activity, maintain organized records within agency systems, and ensure adherence to established workflows and documentation standards.
• Support account retention efforts by reviewing coverage options, identifying opportunities for policy enhancements, and assisting with the transition of accounts into ongoing service cycles.

Qualifications and Skills for the P&C Account Manager:

• Experience supporting personal insurance accounts, client relationships, or similar account management responsibilities within the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of insurance application processes, policy documentation, and new business coordination activities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across internal teams and external business partners.
