• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year OT experience required 2. Cases: Home Health - all diagnoses possible including COPD, PNA, CHF, orthopedic elective and trauma, Neuro, general med surg 3. Certifications: CPR required 4. License: State licensure required; any state RN license ok, can apply for temp license on offer takes 5-10 days, compact license now accepted; facility does not accept any past license action 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Home Care Home Base is EMR system used - facility will provide training if candidate does not have prior experience with this system 7. Shifts/Call: Full-time position, Monday-Friday, no weekends required but flexible scheduling allows weekend visits if clinician chooses; 7 visits/day or 35 visits per week 8.
