Work Status: Onsite 5 days a week
Duration: Contract to Hire

Function of the Group: For Advisor Portal project
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supports the transformation of tasks into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use designs through the entire experience lifecycle, from the first-time user to the expert.
- Identifies and discovers customer and business needs through contextual inquiries, and generative and quantitative research, and identify solutions to meet those needs.
- Makes decisions of significant customer impact from wide array of possibilities, not limited to the Banking Industry.
- Executes visual, information, interaction, and service design elements of the initiative that meets business and customer needs and delights customers.
- Gauges the usability of new and existing products, and make constructive suggestions for change
Must Have Technical Skills:
- Experience working with the Figma suite of design tools (or similar digital prototyping tools)
- Proficient in all stages of prototyping design (low, medium, high fidelity)
- Ability to gather requirements from users and business stakeholders
- Experience working with a design system
- Understanding of accessibility fundamentals
- Ability to validate designs through user testing
- Experience providing actionable feedback to developers, preferably in an agile environment
Flex Skills/Nice to Have:
- Experience with conducting user interviews, research, and analysis to understand user needs
- Understanding of frontend development fundamentals
