Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/09/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse - MedSurg / Telemetry Job Description We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in MedSurg and Telemetry to join our dynamic nursing team. This position will focus on delivering high-quality patient care in an acute care setting. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in MedSurg and Telemetry units. Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and their families on health management and discharge planning. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Participate in performance improvement activities. Qualifications Active RN license in New Hampshire or via Compact License. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care setting, specifically in MedSurg and Telemetry. Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications. Ability to pass a Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding. Strong organizational and communication skills. EMR experience preferred, Cerner experience is an advantage. Experience with Cardizem and Insulin drips (for hyperglycemia, not DKA) is required. Knowledge of Phenobarbital administration in Telemetry settings is a plus.
