Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in telespeech services within a school setting. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to support students' speech and language development from any location, providing an excellent work/life balance.
Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations, developing individualized therapy plans, delivering teletherapy sessions, and documenting progress in compliance with educational requirements. Effective communication with teachers, parents, and other professionals is essential to support student success.
Qualifications and desired experience:
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Proven experience providing telepractice speech therapy services in educational settings
- Strong understanding of speech and language disorders common among school-age children
- Ability to establish rapport with students remotely and adapt therapy techniques to an online format
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Reliable internet connection and proficiency with teletherapy platforms
