Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead

Hoist & Crane Service Group

Hoist & Crane Service Group is seeking a Recruiting Manager to optimize the full recruitment lifecycle across its branches. You will craft sourcing plans, advertise roles, screen applicants, interview candidates, and manage reporting and analytics. This role partners with leadership to meet staffing needs and ensure regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in recruitment, strong ATS and sourcing skills, and proven ability to negotiate with vendors and manage multi-site processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr Hoist & Crane Service Group
