Responsibilities Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans. Deliver physical therapy interventions to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities. Educate patients and caregivers in techniques that promote independence and productivity. Collaborate with the rehabilitation team and coordinate referrals to ensure comprehensive care. Adapt treatment approaches to meet diverse patient settings and evolving needs. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility. Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or a Master's in a related field plus a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy. Alternatively, Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with at least five years of progressively responsible experience. Degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated as U.S. equivalent.
