Requirements
- Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
- Show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments
- Meet safety and sanitation standards
- Anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations
- Inventory
- Ordering
- Interviews/Hiring
- Scheduling
- Able to train any team members according to Dunkin brands standards
Education:
- High school or equivalent
- Must have food service and management experience (minimum 2 years combined).
- All applicants must provide a minimum of 2 references from past employers. These references must be willing to speak with us to review your work history and performance.
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must be able to work early morning
