Job Description

Job Summary:
Assist pharmacists in medication preparation and labeling activities within a community pharmacy setting. Perform a variety of technical support functions under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist to ensure efficient pharmacy operations and accurate medication dispensing.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and label medications accurately following pharmacy protocols.
• Support pharmacists in filling prescriptions and managing medication inventories.
• Assist with dispensing medications and verifying prescriptions.
• Provide exemplary customer service to pharmacy clients.
• Maintain pharmacy cleanliness and organization, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.

Qualifications:

• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a current, unencumbered Certified Oregon Pharmacy Technician License.
• Successfully complete a Medical Pharmacy Technician course preferred.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively under supervision in a fast-paced environment.
