- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform maintenance and repairs on furnaces and air conditioning systems
- Clearly explain repair and replacement options to homeowners
- Recommend indoor air quality solutions and maintenance memberships when appropriate
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members
- Participate in an on-call rotation for nights and weekends
- Represent the company professionally in customers' homes
- 3 to 5 years of residential HVAC service experience
- Journeyman HVAC License preferred
- EPA Certification
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for heating and cooling systems
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers
- Experience with indoor air quality products and system upgrades preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends
