In addition to our main facilities, we offer mobile programs and School Based Health Centers.LOCATION: Putnam, CT (Behavioral Health Department)JOB SUMMARY: Major job duties include greeting patients, answering phone, scheduling appointments, obtaining information from patients, posting procedures, and collecting fees.
