Residential Handyman – Cave Creek AreaWe are looking for a reliable, motivated, and presentable Residential Handyman to join a professional residential property management team serving the Cave Creek area. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong work ethic who can be trusted to take care of high-end residential properties with professionalism and attention to detail.This is a hands-on residential maintenance position involving a variety of basic handyman and property maintenance tasks, including:Repairing and adjusting doorsGarage and hardware repairsShimming and leveling doorsDraining and servicing water heatersMinor repairs and general home maintenanceUsing power tools and basic hand toolsWorking safely from laddersTroubleshooting and taking initiative when something needs attentionHelping keep residential properties in excellent conditionNo two days will necessarily be exactly the same. We're looking for someone who is comfortable being hands-on and figuring things out.The right person will:Have previous maintenance or handyman experienceHave a valid driver's license and reliable transportationBe comfortable using power toolsBe comfortable working on laddersBe presentable, professional, and respectfulHave a strong work ethic and a drive to do a good jobBe dependable and able to work independentlyTake pride in their work and pay attention to the detailsBe comfortable working around upscale residential propertiesBe looking for a long-term opportunity, not just a temporary jobThis position is a good fit if you see something that needs to be fixed and take care of it. You don't need to be an expert at every type of repair, but you should be mechanically inclined, willing to learn, and confident using common tools.
