As part of the Mavis family, you'll join the nation's largest automotive service organization, with more than 4,000 locations and opportunities to grow your career.About the Assistant Manager PositionAs an Assistant Manager, you'll support the Store Manager with the day-to-day operations of the location while developing the skills needed to become a future Mavis leader.Responsibilities include:Supporting efficient, safe, and effective store operationsScheduling and coordinating Mechanics and TechniciansManaging outside orders and service workflowEnsuring quality and timely completion of customer vehiclesHelping enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standardsSupporting the team in delivering an excellent customer experienceAbout the Service Manager PositionAs a Service Manager, you'll combine automotive knowledge, customer service, and sales skills to help customers make informed decisions about their vehicles while keeping the service operation running efficiently.Responsibilities include:Assisting customers with tire selections and automotive service needsRecommending necessary undercar repairs and maintenanceCoordinating the workflow of Mechanics and TechniciansStaging and monitoring vehicle repair and maintenance workCommunicating repair recommendations and services clearly to customersSupporting sales initiatives while delivering excellent customer serviceEnsuring repairs and services are completed accurately and on timeWhy Join Team Mavis?At Mavis, we know great leaders drive great teams.
