If you are a talented, passionate clinician looking to make a real difference in the recovery community, the Avenues family warmly welcomes you!Now Hiring Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) at Avenues Recovery in Lake Ariel!What You'll DoManage all daily residential operations (i.e. intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilitiesEscalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health TechnicianOversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environmentEnsure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and proceduresWhat We're Looking ForHigh School diploma or GED preferredOne year of experience in recovery fieldValid driver's license and CPR certification preferredIf in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.Strong leadership and interpersonal skillsWarm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundariesDignified, honest character which models recovery principlesWhere You'll WorkAvenues Recovery Center at Lake Ariel is a 60-bed residential facility offering drug and alcohol detox and inpatient rehabilitation services.
