Residential Property Manager

Job Description

    \n
  • Minimum 5 Yrs. experience as a Residential Property Manager
    • \n
  • Operate a 112 unit Apartment complex efficiently in Winter Garden, Fl
    • \n
  • Rents apartments, turn vacant units
    • \n
  • Collect rents/enter to computer
    • \n
  • Able to take legal action for delinquent payers and evictions
    • \n
  • Interact professionally with employees, vendors, residents
    • \n
  • Negotiates contracts with vendors
    • \n
  • Ensures all property maintained to company standards
    • \n
  • Hires and trains all employees In conjunction with HR Dept
    • \n
  • Walks property daily
    • \n
  • prepare annual budget
    • \n
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, AMSI experience a plus
    • \n
  • Marketing the property/taking market survey
    • \n
  • Experience with AMSI Software a plus
    • \n
